Flowers at the Front Door

As we get closer to departing for China, we keep finding new things to do. Today, I took my camera out to take some pictures of the house. It occurred to me that it might be useful to have some pictures to show students how we live at home. I also wanted to have some sample photos to test the blog feature of the iWeb software on the Mac platform. Later I took the camera to town with me when I went to pick up Cam. I thought that there might be some opportunities to take pictures of Rockwood Park where Cam works. But it turned out that the fog was very thick in town and pictures were nearly impossible. So I took some pics of Cam and some of his co-workers.
I had an email today from the consulting firm in Beijing that is doing the hardware installation at CIS. I was glad to hear from them, but wonder how much help I’ll be. The fellow thought I was in Beijing, so of course I told him I wouldn’t be there until August 22.
